Monday through Friday – 7:30am till 6:30pmSaturday – 7:30am till 3:00pm
Sunday – Closed
Our hours listed are for phone and office availability. Please feel free to call or text our number anytime. You may also wish to email us through our Contact Us page. If you are leaving or sending a message, you may make a simple request for just a reply or you may be as detailed as you wish including; day and time preferences, location, types of items to be hauled, questions, etc. If it is during business hours and you had to leave a message, we will be contacting you back very quickly.
Appointment Hours
Job appointments can be set for virtually any time day or night. Oftentimes customers need same day service, or the next, on their removal project, and we absolutely want to make that happen for you! Please remember that when calling during regular hours, if the phone is not immediately picked up, please leave a message and we will quickly return your call. Additionally, you may text or email us too. When you do wish to set an appointment, we will generally ask if a two hour Show-Up window is acceptable. Then when our truck is on route to your job site we will call you to inform you that we’re on the way and what our ETA is. Furthermore, if you want, we can make prior arrangements so that you don’t even need to be present.
After Hours and Emergencies
If you are calling, texting or emailing after hours, please leave a message and be as detailed as you wish. We will contact you back at the beginning of the next business day.
Emergencies are also welcome, if this is the case, and if it is after hours, please call and leave a Voice Mail message. Then follow up with a Text message indicating that your call was for an emergency job. We will call you back shortly and assist you in any way we can and as urgently as we can.
